Anne Celeste Heche - an American actress who starred in various genres of film TV, theatre and stage - was well-known American. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards like the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11 2022) was an American actress. She made her debut portraying twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning the Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s she was more well-known for her part in the movie Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney September 6 1953) is an American actress. She is most well-known as Lieutenant Sheba on the TV series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). Her mother is actor June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's career started in a young age. She played her first part at the age of four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. The film, which was a short one subject, was nominated for an academy award. Her mother invited her to a Studio where she was introduced to the workings of the film industry. Lockhart appeared in many episodes of Lassie. The first film she appeared in is Dora in Jory in 1972. She was 18 years old when she portrayed the daughter of Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. Joan Crawford's last acting gig. Anne had reportedly turned down Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween-themed thriller) as well as Jaime Lee Curtis took the part. Carpenter said the actress was his primary selection for the role however, she declined. Anne does not remember being being contacted by John Carpenter nor being offered the position. Perhaps her agent rejected the role down without informing Anne. Glen Larson chose her initially and then sent her a draft written script. She was to appear in the television series Battlestar Galactica, which aired from 1978. The role was initially rejected because the character was not that strong. Glen was able to write an even stronger character with Sheba. The first 25-page script had been read by her and she immediately agreed. The series lasted one season. The actress starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the movie Joyride (1977) as well as co-starred along with Michael Moriarty in the horror film The Dark Tower (1987).
