Molly was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional career at the age of 13 and was a part of the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Soon after she played Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated to win a Barrymore Award. After her Broadway debut at the tender age of 15 she reprised the character and received a Drama League Award. Molly performed on Broadway in the 2004 production of Fiddler on the Roof. She then attended Princeton University and was a part in the Triangle Club. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2008. In this period that she made her movie debut in Disney's College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. In the year 2000, Wendy Greenhut made her Disney College Road Trip debut. Molly has appeared in several Off-Broadway productions including End Days, at Ensemble Studio Theater. In addition, she was a part of television shows such as Royal Pains or an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has appeared in regional plays like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in Barrington Stage Company's production and NSH Music Theatre's production in 2008 as well as the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank as Anne. Molly has been a star in a variety of regional productions, including The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's production in 2010. She played the teenager daughter Ali.
